About the Foundation

The Pork Positive Foundation was formed to honor James “Pork” Lester. The PPF is a non-profit organization which was set up to raise money for organizations that James supported. This foundation is also a way to spread positivity and continue to honor James’s legacy. We hope to grow our organization to include other fundraising opportunities in the future.

Boardman cottage is residential elder care facility in Islesboro, Maine that runs off donations only. It is a way for island elders to remain on the island and get the care they need.
